Sinopse: Thor, um jovem ferreiro sonha com grandeza, honra e respeito. Diz a lenda que ele é filho de Ódin, o Rei dos Deuses, e todos acreditam que ele vive sob sua proteção. O que ninguém sabe é que Hel, a Rainha do Mundo Subterrâneo, está preparando um plano maléfico que põe em perigo os humanos e os deuses. Por acidente , ou talvez por obra do destino, a arma mais poderosa do mundo, o Martelo Esmagador, acaba nas mãos de Thor.
