Sinopse: Diante da investida do neoliberalismo e da crise na Argentina nos anos 90, começou a se desenvolver na esquecida província de Jujuy, uma nova forma de organização e de trabalho solidário. Acenando bandeiras pela dignidade, trabalho, saúde e educação para os mais necessitados, uma organização social desperta decidida a mudar tudo, a virar o caos que já estava estabelecido. Apesar de todas as críticas recebidas, Tupac continua construindo sonhos e esperança em toda a Argentina, muitos apoiaram e defenderam esta causa.

Bhoominathan aka Bhoomi is introduced to us as a person who gets into many local fights. Worried about his future, his family sends him to Muthuramalingam (Raj Kiran), a much respected personality in his place Semmanur, to put Bhoomi's life on the right track.
