A Morte Habita à Noite
Aos cinquenta anos, alcoólatra e desempregado, a tábua de equilíbrio de Raul é a paixão por Lígia que nos últimos anos foi sua parceira de vida sem regras. Após ser abandonado por ela, deseja a bebida com mais vigor, contrai tuberculose e entre Postos de Saúde e trabalhos transitórios como o de faxineiro de uma Peixaria, constrói uma doce relação com Cássia, uma garota de dezesseis anos. É a primeira vez que ela apega-se de verdade a alguém. Porém, Raul ainda fragilizado pelo sumiço de Lígia e pela doença, não assume um contato mais sério com ela, que está a um passo da autodestruição.
