Sinopse: Marco é um cadeirante contrabandista que está viajando pela América do Sul a fim de vender mercadorias. Ele conhece Maria do Carmo, uma bela mulher de temperamento forte que não suporta mais a vida que leva. Eles decidem partir juntos em uma viagem pelo coração da América do Sul – Brasil, Bolívia e Paraguai.
