Meanwhile, Gigi is being chased by a Cheung Tat Ming, who has an inferiority complex. Siu Man(Cheung Tat-Ming), due to his own inferiority complex, leaves his lover (Gigi Leung Wing-Kay), who he has been in love with for a long time. Each couple must now work even harder to regain what they have lost, or move forward and live with their new choices.

Bus driver Stan Butler agrees to marry Suzy, much to the anguish of Mum, her son-in-law, Arthur, and daughter Olive. How, they wonder, will they ever manage without Stan's money coming in? Then Arthur is sacked, and Stan agrees to delay the wedding. Meanwhile, he hits on an idea: Arthur should learn to drive a bus. Somehow he does just that, and even gets a job. Beethoven 5

Após ser "convidada a se retirar" de sua colônia de férias e como os pais em Malibu uma garota de 12 anos, Sara Newton (Daveigh Chase), vai até Quicksilver, uma pequena cidade, para ficar com Freddy Kablinski (Dave Thomas), seu tio. Sara vai com Beethoven, seu gigantesco cão São Bernardo, e crê que terá as férias mais tediosas da sua vida. Freddy tem um jeito de ser nada convencional, assim como vários moradores da cidade, mas isto não a chateia de forma nenhuma. O que vai movimentar mesmo esta fériasé Beethoven ter achado uma nota de 1920, que provavelmente foi roubada por Moe (Rodman Fendler) e Rita Selig (Tina Illman), um casal de ladrões que supostamente morreu quando o carro deles caiu no rio. Como muitos acreditam que todo o dinheiro roubado por Moe e Rita está na região, uma caça ao tesouro tem início e sai do controle quando alguns dos moradores estão dispostos a fazer qualquer coisa para achar o dinheiro.

Kasia and Pawel, having got married, live in the village of Brzozki, 10 kilometres from Grabow. Kasia wants to return to her pedagogical studies, so she does not want to have children yet. Pawel announces that he wants to break away from the traditional village farm and focus on specialised sheep breeding, which causes a family argument. Kasia's parents anxiously await the birth of their grandchildren. Things get even more complicated when the Wolanskis arrive in Grabow. They offer to help Kasia go back to university, but in return Kasia has to look after little Piotr as the docent is leaving for London where he has received a month-long study grant.
