Sinopse: Rebeca, uma menina de 13 anos, filha de pais separados, muda-se com a mãe para o bairro litorâneo de Piratininga, em Niterói. Ela passa seus dias espiando a rua por cima do muro. Lá, Rebeca vê Mika, uma menina da sua idade, que desafia as normas de gênero. O encontro das duas meninas desencadeia uma amizade incompreendida pelos adultos e uma série de eventos que abala a tranquilidade da Avenida Beira-Mar.
