Sinopse: Phizar dirige a corporação Gloria Mundi e governa uma metrópole caótica isolada sob uma cúpula. O Dr. Crux, um cientista idoso que se opõe ao sistema dominante, consegue ativar um satélite para convocar o povo para uma rebelião contra o regime.
