Sinopse: James é um policial de Hong Kong que junto com seu parceiro John está investgando o Sr Lee, que é suspeito de corrupção. Sua namorada, Suki, trabalha com Lee e ela descobre que realmente ele está envolvido neste caso. Porém a ambição leva que policiais tentam extorquir dinheiro de Lee, e durante uma investigação sobre isto, James é gravemente ferido numa explosão, ficando desfigurado. Ele retorna a cena meses depois para se vingar, e descobre que John e Suki, em quem confiava, também estão envolvidos com os crimes em que investigava.
