Sinopse: Em um futuro distante, o Exército Mecânico do Soberano das Trevas está atacando o Clã Suwabeh, com o intuito de sequestrar a Princesa Saki. No calor da batalha, vários homens morrem e o corpo de um deles é levado pelo vilão Raimei que apaga a sua memória e o transforma em Mirai Ninja (Shiranui). Quando as memórias de Shiranui estão começando a vir à tona, ele decide deter o plano de Raimei, que é o de derramar o sangue da Princesa Saki para trazer o Soberano das Trevas de volta à vida.
