Sinopse: Traficantes de armas começam a atuar em Hong Kong, e dois policiais, o taiwanês Cheng Ao-qun e o chinês Hua Zhi-yong chegam a Hong Kong atrás destes traficantes, porém agindo por conta própria e muitas vezes infringindo a lei local.
