Boobs in Arms
The stooges are greeting card salesmen who are mistakenly inducted into the army after escaping from the jealous husband of one of their customers. In bootcamp their sergeant turns out to be the same man, whom they constantly vex and bewilder. When the boys are sent to the front lines and the sergeant is captured they must rescue him, which they do after doping themselves with laughing gas. At the end they get shot off into the sunset on a cannon shell.

Greenland, the largest island in the world, is unlike any other country. The film recounts the exploration of the Inlandis cavities in Greenland during the summer of 1992. Janot Lamberton, one of the pioneers of these expeditions, ventured, with speleologists and mountaineers, into the moulins, these immense crevasses that tear through the back of the Inlandis, a vast glacier four times the size of France, while glaciologist Louis Reynaut studies infraglacial phenomena. It is obviously not easy to penetrate the depths of the ice and film at a depth of 150 meters in sub-zero temperatures. The light is blue in one of the most fascinating landscapes on the planet, where scientists and explorers collaborate to deepen their knowledge of the Earth.

Com 22 minutos de duração, “Creating the World of Pandora” faz o que seu título diz: mostra o diretor, armado de um pequeno exército de especialistas em efeitos especiais, criando um novo planeta do zero. Sem contar os anos em que James Cameron passou em seu próprio estúdio desenvolvendo a técnica 3D de filmagem que utilizaria em “Avatar”, o mini-doc começa mostrando o primeiro dia de produção de fato, em 2007, passando pela fase de captura de movimentos até a composição da trilha sonora. Um trabalho realmente épico, que merece reconhecimento e milhares de prêmios técnicos, até para seu diretor, mas nunca de “melhor filme”.
