Sinopse: Os criminosos mais cruéis de Seattle estão forçando Kane e sua equipe a trabalhar contra o relógio para descobrir um meticuloso assassino no submundo dos clubes de strip tease, onde o criminoso usa técnicas específicas de magia negra para atacar suas vítimas.
