Eles se vestem com suas melhores roupas, ou mesmo com uniformes militares soviéticos. Carregam bandeiras, banners e cartazes. Deixam flores no monumento ao soldado soviético, cantam, dançam e bebem. Celebram a vitória da União Soviética sobre a Alemanha nazista. O filme é um registro direto deste dia no parque, 72 anos após a vitória.

Produced by G.D.Prasad Rao and Korada Suryanarayana under the banner of Sri Dasarathy and Chalam Bombayns, the film was directed by B.V.Prasad. Chalam, M.Prabhakara Reddy and Thyagaraju are the main cast of the film and Chellapilla Sathyam has composed the music.
