A pequena Willow, filha de um casal em crise financeira, se aproxima do Sr. Polter, no dia que ele "abriu" para todos comprarem seus "balões"! Sr. Polter tem carisma e encanta a todos, mas ao descobrirem que havia uma empresa interessada em comprar as terras da região para fazer depósito de lixo, as pessoas se revoltam contra ele, exceto Willow.
