Sinopse: A turnê “Uprising” ocorreu na Europa entre 30 de maio e 13 de julho de 1980, com cinco datas nos EUA, em setembro. Foram os últimos shows de Bob Marley antes de sua trágica morte com 36 anos de idade, em maio de 1981. A turnê foi feita para o lançamento do álbum “Uprising”, que estreou em 10 de junho de 1980. Dias depois, em 13 de junho, o show na arena Westfalenhalle, em Dortmund, foi gravado pela série de TV alemã Rockpalast e, pela primeira vez, está disponível com um vídeo restaurado na melhor qualidade possível. Bob Marley e a banda The Wailers, em forma surpreendente, entregam uma setlist com grandes singles e clássicos de outros álbuns.

Through seven scenes, the film follows the life and destinies of stray dogs from the margins of our society, leading us to reconsider our attitude towards them. Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.
