Dr. Somshankar Roy, a social scientist, engages Swagato and Anwesha to create 'mock' crisis on the streets. The aim was to observe reactions of people to different forms of crisis happening around them, and to analyse and derive conclusions about human behaviour from them. But all theories and deductions go astray when they come face to face with a real crisis in their own lives and cannot decipher whether the crisis is MOCK or REAL.
Dunno Y...Na Jaane Kyon (English: Don't Know Why) is a 2010 Indian film. The film was directed by Sanjay Sharma and written by his brother Kapil Sharma who also played the lead. It premiered in April 2010 at India's first mainstream gay film festival, the Kashish Mumbai International Queer Film Festival. It features the first gay kiss in Indian cinema between Yuvraaj Parashar and Kapil Sharma. Two young men fall in love with each other but struggle to come to terms on how best to comfortably and securely express it in public. Between family pressures and social taboo on the matter, the fictional gay couple remains closeted lovers and patiently await the day a love as special as theirs may be understood and shared with the world without fear of any backlash.
Savitri (Moushumi Chatterjee) falls in love with Vijay (Mithun Chakraborty), who saves her sister from a dacait named Shamshera (Amrish Puri). Both get very intimate, and then decide to marry. Before the marriage could take place, Shamshera kills Vijay, and Savitri gives birth to a baby boy, but is told that the child was born dead. She then marries Thakur Prem Singh (Navin Nischal), who is responsible for blinding Shamshera in one eye, and sending him to prison.
