Sinopse: Uma oftalmologista e um diretor de cinema se encontram no avião para Milão. Os dois foram amantes no passado e agora estão na idade média. Após o encontro casual em Torino, eles viajam juntos pela Toscana, apreciando as obras de Caravaggio. Eles começam a perceber que estão escondendo suas próprias feridas um do outro. Na Coreia, ele vai à clínica oftalmológica dela e eles confessam seu amor pela primeira vez. No final, eles seguem caminhos separados.
