Sinopse: Após o trabalhador de uma usina nuclear (David) e sua namorada grávida (Jessy) serem espancados, David começa a usar esteróides. Mas, em vez de ser capaz de proteger a sua garota e o futuro bebê, ele se torna uma ameaça para eles. Quando o fisiculturista amador perde a razão e brutalmente bate nela, ela o abandona. Somente quando David rapta sua filha recém-nascida do hospital, ele se conscientiza de seu comportamento maníaco.
