Sinopse: Três pessoas em situação de refúgio no Brasil. Três nacionalidades diferentes. Três possibilidades de futuro. O documentário acompanha a rotina de três personagens, em refúgio no Brasil, em busca de um futuro melhor. Talal é engenheiro e fugiu da Guerra na Síria com sua família. Ele está estudando novamente Engenharia no Brasil para conseguir a validação de seu diploma. Carlos é jornalista e deixou a Venezuela depois de ser sequestrado e ameaçado de morte. No Brasil, trabalha como assistente de cozinha e ainda tem esperanças de trazer toda sua família para cá. Lara é de Moçambique e pretende se naturalizar brasileira. Ela quer casar e construir uma família aqui, longe dos problemas de sua terra natal.
