In all of his work, Bussotti makes frequent reference to the body, to sexuality. This to remind musicians — especially classically trained ones — that they are not body-less angels, that they are not just their musical thoughts, that they are still, in the last analysis, flesh and bones. Thus the erotic is not for shocking, but to stress that making music involves the body in a very direct way.
The Man on the Flying Trapeze
Sort of a cartoon version of "All About Eve" or people-using-people themes. It opens with a man singing the title song, accompanied by a pianist, a trumpeter and a trombonist. A flashback to the story of Fifi who leaves Waldo for Alonzo, and then leaves Alonzo for the circus owner. Back in the present it is shown that all three men are the musicians and they are almost run down by a limousine, occupied by Fifi, now a stage star.
Intervention
An avid baker who aspires to open up her own bakery is offered the opportunity to make enough money to do so by playing girlfriend to her friend’s boss whose parents are coming into town for the weekend, however his arrogance threatens to ruin the whole deal.

We see Afiqah looking at herself in her bedroom mirror. She is wearing her graduation gown and fixes the cap on her head, taking in her appearance. She smiles at herself, then looks at a photo in a frame. It is a photo of Afiqah as a child with her father Roslan. She smiles a little sadly as she picks up the photo frame. Afiqah and her father Roslan are shown together in a flashback scene until Roslan was laid up in the hospital which has been set up for medical care. He lies in a hospital bed, with a nasal prong in his nose, and an oxygen tank by his side, he has terminal lung cancer. Amira (Roslan Wife) is by his side, wiping down.
