Os problemas começam quando uma terrível bruxa chamada Revolta, com a ajuda de seu monstro-ajudante Creeeper, sequestra as meninas para revoltalizá-las e conquistar o mundo. Então Salsicha, Scooby-Doo e Scooby-Loo tem como missão resgatá-las e assim acabar com o plano de Revolta. Os heróis também contam com a ajuda dos garotos-cadetes da Escola Calloway, uma escola rival da Escola Grimwood.
