Sinopse: Um vagabundo, enamorado pela filha do proprietário de um barco, é confundido com o capitão, e promete ao homem ajudá-lo a embarcar à força uns marinheiros. Como ele cumpre a sua tarefa, é convidado a trabalhar no barco. A filha do homem embarca como clandestina, para poder ficar junto do vagabundo. Acontece uma rebelião com o intuito de fazer o barco naufragar, a fim de cobrar o seguro, mas o vagabundo intervém.
