Sinopse: Tio Frankie não é o tipo de cara que você gostaria de encontrar em um beco escuro. Especialmente quando você deve dinheiro a ele. Tal é o destino de Lorenzo Adams, um cobrador de impostos que deve justamente para Frankie, que vai para Norfolk, Virginia, para cobrar suas dividas. Mas Lorenzo está falido! Agora, sem lugar para correr e tio Frankie perdendo a paciência, Lorenzo junto com seu assistente Omar encontram o Pastor Kevin e se oferecem para ajudá-lo a arrecadar dinheiro num programa de voluntários. Porém nem Omar ou o povo da missão são o que ele espera, e o esquema de Lorenzo pode custar sua vida.
