Em um vilarejo uruguaio em plena ditatura, Milo (Roberto Suárez) e Esnal (César Troncoso) são dois amigos inconformados e criativos que resolvem se rebelar contra as regras rígidas instauradas pelo novo coronel local sequestrando seu bem mais precioso: uma coleção de anões de jardim.
