Sinopse: A vida de um homem é virada de cabeça para baixo depois que é abandonado pela mulher que ele ama. Nicolás (Ricardo Darín) é um inventor de brinquedos. Ele encontrou em Ingrid (Irène Jacob), uma ornitóloga belga, a mulher de seus sonhos. O filho dela, Raul (Víctor Valdivia), tem 7 anos e uma imaginação fértil. Para Nicolás é como se o garoto fosse o filho que ele nunca teve. Todos vivem em plena felicidade até o dia em que Ingrid, subitamente, decide terminar a relação sem qualquer explicação.
