Após ser humilhado em pleno palco por um grupo de dança chamado Invincible, o dançarino Ash (Falk Hentschel) começa a planejar sua revanche. Para tanto ele passa a viajar aos mais diversos países, em busca de dançarinos que possam formar um grupo capaz de derrotar seus adversários.
Kelly, uma jovem talentosa ginasta, desiste do esporte após mudar-se para a Austrália. Porém, uma rival e uma nova amizade fazem com que ela volte a competir e tente corrigir os erros que cometeu no passado.
