Sinopse: Zhou Tong, um policial na Cidade Luosha, é obcecado pelo Clã Wuyin (Seita da Névoa) desde a infância. Ele viveu uma vida pacífica com seu pai, Zhou Shouyi, o magistrado da Cidade Luosha.
