Sinopse: Nas ruas de Hollywood um motorista que espera o sinal abrir é morto por um mendigo, a detetive da Delegacia de Roubos e Homicídios, Katherine Shaunessy (Sherilyn Fenn), descobre que o homem assassinado era traficante de drogas. O exame de balística revela que a mesma arma é responsável por outros três assassinatos. Os detetives não entendem como a única testemunha do assassinato acaba desaparecendo da delegacia. Quando tiros são disparados contra a casa da detetive Shaunessy, ela começa a desconfiar de seus próprios companheiros policiais. Agora, a verdade precisa ser descoberta antes que novas vítimas sejam feitas.
