Sinopse: Uma equipe de fuzileiros navais chega a uma ilha do Mar Adriático com ordens de capturar o terrorista Stavro Latos. Mas as coisas não vão bem desde o início. O chefe da operação, Rick Jeffries, e seus amigos caem numa emboscada armada pelos homens de Stavro. Quando a fumaça se dissipa, homens de ambos os lados estão mortos. Stavro consegue escapar. Um navio da marinha é alvo de um ataque suicida e afunda com toda a tripulação, inclusive o capitão Steve Jeffries, irmão de Rick. Logo, Rick e seus homens embarcam em uma missão impossível de vingança: eles têm que achar uma arma nuclear russa roubada, pegá-la de volta e usá-la como isca para apanhar Stavro Latos.
