Sinopse: Em um futuro próximo, a poluição e um vírus letal reduzem a cidade de Teerã ao caos, forçando a população a fugir ou a viver em quarentena. Peyman é um poeta dependente de drogas que mora com a mãe em um bairro colocado em rígida vigilância pelos agentes da quarentena. Rumores de uma guerra iminente se espalham e seus amigos começam a partir, deixando-o sozinho e atormentado por fantasmas. Em qual mundo Peyman vive, o real ou o fictício?
