Este filme reconta o Arco de Alabasta (episódio 92 ao 130), onde o Bando do Chapéu de Palha está ajudando a princesa Vivi á salvar seu reino de ser destruído por uma guerra estabelecida, que começou quando a primeira seca ocorreu à 3 anos atrás graças à organização secreta chamada de Baroque Works, liderada pelo até então conhecido como Mr.0 (o Shichibukai Crocodile), com isso o Bando dos Chapéu de Palha está determinado à acabar com essa organização e estabelecer a paz no reino.

A picture of the life of the Danish people from the late 1820s to the introduction of the free constitution in 1849. A fictional character, Rasmus Nielsen, travels around the country, first as a traveling teacher, later in other positions, and through his experiences we are introduced to the conditions of various population groups. The central figure in the portrayal of historical figures is the politician Orla Lehmann.

The boss of the Hung Hing gang, Tian Sang, has died. Ho Nam and Hon Bun find Sangs younger brother, Yang to lead the gang. Meanwhile, Hon Bun receives news that his younger brother, a leader of the Tuen Mun gang has been assasinated. They travel to Hong Kong to settle the matter.
