Sinopse: Para ser chamado de o mais apto na Terra, seria necessário ser capaz de vencer uma série de desafios físicos e mentais. No ano de 2020, esses desafios foram muitos. "Resurgence" captura todo o drama enquanto a organização do CrossFit gira para realizar um evento presencial em meio a uma pandemia mundial. Desenvolvendo um novo formato de competição para estreitar um grande campo de atletas a apenas 5 homens e 5 mulheres. Esses atletas descem a um pequeno rancho na Califórnia para enfrentar todos os desafios necessários para serem coroados como os mais aptos do planeta.
