The story of Charlotte Brown,a waitress and young single mother who will do anything for her daughter Jenny, and when push comes to shove, she does. Para piorar as coisas, há um malvado feiticeiro chamado Inverno que vive entre os Kringles e a Cidade Sombria, Kris planeja derreter o coração de gelo do feiticeiro (assim como da professora da cidade) para poder entregar seus preciosos brinquedos.
