Miyabi Tachibana (Nakatani Miki) é uma dermatologista de sucesso de 39 anos que dirige uma clínica de cuidados com a pele. Ela é confiante e bonita, mas não namora há cinco anos — embora na verdade goste bastante de estar solteira. Ao ir a uma reunião da escola, no entanto, ela fica impressionada com a lástima de seus ex-colegas pelo fato de ela não ser casada e não ter namorado.
