Sinopse: Hakuo Gakuin está prestes a fechar devido a transferências de alunos para a escola rival Seishikan após ferimentos misteriosos que acontecem aos estudantes que se recusam a transferir. Para proteger a escola e seus alunos, eles contratam Kojiro, um membro do clã Fuma de ninjas. Depois de descobrir que Seishikan alistou a ajuda do clã Yasha ninja, que tinha sido rivais com o Fuma há gerações, Kojiro ganha a ajuda de seus companheiros Fuma ninjas. Embora sejam contratados para proteger as escolas, os dois clãs rivais prometem destruir-se de uma vez por todas, para que apenas um clã permaneça.
