O vasto mundo de visões de mundo independentes. “A Fumaça do Vento do Mar do Norte de Guanhai Ceci” conta principalmente a história de Qu Tuguo expulsando os gigantes do Ártico para invadir Xuanyuan, e a principal potência do país foi derrotada. Na época do perigo, as forças há muito perdidas e atingidas pela gordura no fundo do país aproveitaram a oportunidade para conspirar com inimigos estrangeiros e fazer ondas.
