Ancient Discoveries was a television series that premiered on December 21, 2003, on The History Channel. The program focused on ancient technologies. The show's theme was that many inventions which are thought to be modern have ancient roots or in some cases may have been lost and then reinvented. The program was a follow-up to a special originally broadcast in 2005 which focused on technologies from the Ancient Roman era such as the Antikythera mechanism and inventors such as Heron of Alexandria. Episodes of the regular series expanded to cover other areas such as Egypt, China and East Asia, and the Islamic world. Ancient Discoveries was made for The History Channel by Wild Dream Films based in Cardiff in the UK. Much of the filming was done on location across the world. The series used contributions from archaeologists and other experts, footage of historical sites and artifacts, computer generated reconstructions and dramatized reconstructions along with experiments and tests on reconstructed artifacts.

After the breakdown of the old government, and with it the First Republic, Italy changed for good in 1994. Spinster Leo is all too aware of this. Charles Endell Esquire

Charles Endell Esquire is a British comedy-drama series that is a spin-off of the series Budgie, with the role of Endell continuing to be played by Iain Cuthbertson. Due to an ITV technicians' strike which took the network completely off the air for three months, the first two episodes were broadcast in 1979 and the remaining episodes were not aired until May 1980. Only six episodes were made.

Mameneko

The daily life of a household that has two cats: Azuki and Daizu. Azuki and Daizu belong to an office worker in her 30s who loves cats. The owner lives with her father, mother, grandfather, and older brother, the latter of whom the cats call "Megane" (Glasses). Megane adopted a Shiba Inu dog named Mamenosuke after Mamenosuke's owner died. Mamenosuke grew up around cats so he actually thinks of himself as a cat.

Hideyoshi

A dramatized biography of the second of Japan's three legendary leaders. Rising from obscurity, Hideyoshi served under the command of Oda Nobunaga. With an extraordinary combination of intelligence, bravery and military skill, Hideyoshi rose to near-absolute power and greatly expanded upon Nobunaga's unification of Japan's warlords. This series also focused on Hideyoshi's personal life, particularly his relationships with his mother and his wife, and the pair's rivalry for influence over him.

Um incidente vira manchete em todo o país. O caso envolve o casal Doisaki que matou a filha de 15 anos e escondeu o corpo debaixo de sua casa por 16 anos. Um dia, uma dona de casa visita a escritora Maehata Shigeko, que trabalha para uma pequena empresa de edição. Ela revela à Shigeko que seu filho Hitoshi de 12 anos pode ver as memórias de outras pessoas. Ela pega um desenho de Hitoshi, com a imagem de uma garota deitada em uma casa, muito semelhante ao do caso Doizaki. Shigeko decide investigar, mas Hitoshi acaba morrendo em um acidente de carro. Enquanto isso, uma jovem é mantida em cativeiro em algum bairro.
