Sinopse: Uma mulher desmaiada, vestindo roupas brancas, é encontrada em um parque nas primeiras horas da manhã. A mulher se apresenta como Byakuya. Exceto pelo nome, ela não se lembra de mais nada sobre si mesma. Ela também não sabe coisas gerais, mas possui amplo conhecimento médico e tem uma capacidade de diagnóstico genial. Com apenas a menor quantidade de informação, ela é capaz de diagnosticar qualquer doença. Ela começa a trabalhar com uma equipe de diagnóstico em um hospital.
