Sinopse: O show foca em discussões sobre diversos assuntos do passado e presente dos estilos musicias hard rock e heavy metal. Em todos os episódios eles recebem uma celebridade do cenário do hard rock/heavy metal. Durante a entrevista eles apresentam quadros como "Stump the Trunk" ou "Detone o Trunk" no qual os membros da platéia fazem perguntas para Eddie Trunk e se ele errar a resposta o participante ganha um prêmio. Outro quadro é o Throwdown, no qual os apresentadores e o convidado debatem por dois minutos sobre os melhores momentos e as grandes figuras da história do metal. Já passaram pelo show nomes como Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Ronnie James Dio e Geezer Butler (Heaven and Hell), Ace Frehley (ex-Kiss), Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater), Geddy Lee e Alex Lifeson (Rush), além de vários outros. Em 30 de outubro de 2011, o programa entrevistou Axl Rose e DJ Ashba (Guns N' Roses), logo após um show da banda em Miami; a entrevista foi ao ar no dia 11/11/11 nos Estados Unidos pelo canal VH1 - a primeira concedida por Axl em muitos anos.
