Thorn é um estudante universitário do primeiro ano que adora jogar basquete e sonha em tornar-se jogador profissional. Embora esteja comprometido com esse sonho, ele se reencontra com Tupfah, um ex-jogador de basquete que ele conhece e que agora está trabalhando com gelo. Torn sente-se atraído por Tupfah, mas não tem certeza se deve ou não contar a Tupfah sobre seus sentimentos, temendo que isso possa causar problemas. Mas, à medida que passam mais tempo juntos, um vínculo de amizade se desenvolve à medida que Thorn tenta convencer o aluno mais velho a voltar para o basquete — mas será que isso tudo pode acabar se transformando em amor?
Okamikakushi
A história segue o jovem Hiroshi, um rapaz de 16 anos que acaba de se mudar para a, aparentemente tranquila, vila de Jogamachi. Localizada entre as montanhas e bastante distante da cidade, a vila é divida ao meio por um rio que a separa em duas partes: Nova e Velha. Logo Hiroshi descobre que as tradições antigas e misteriosas da vila, bem como os antigos costumes, foram mantidos vivos através dos tempos. Aos poucos, Hiroshi começa a se acostumar com a nova vida. Rapidamente, se torna objeto de afeição de colegas de escola, embora nunca tenha sido do tipo popular. A única exceção a este fato é Nemuru, presidente da turma, e que lhe dirige a palavra apenas para avisar-lhe que mantenha distância da parte antiga da vila.
