Sinopse: A série é adaptada do trabalho de detetive de estilo antigo do quadrinista RC, intitulado "White Cat Legend", e conta a história do misterioso novo ministro assistente do Templo Dali, Li Bing, liderando os membros do Templo Dali em emocionantes investigações e aventuras, ao mesmo tempo que salvaguardam o seu sentido interior de justiça. A história se passa na capital imperial sob o governo da imperatriz. Durante um banquete no Palácio Tang, Li Bing, altamente considerado pela imperatriz, é nomeado Ministro Adjunto do Templo de Dali. Dentro do Templo Dali, Chen Shi, Wang Qi, Alibaba, Cui Bei e Sun Bao trabalham juntos sob a orientação do recém-nomeado Ministro Adjunto, Li Bing, para desvendar as camadas de névoa na capital imperial. Eles apoiam-se mutuamente e desafiam o seu destino, ao mesmo tempo que defendem o seu sentido interior de justiça.
