The Playboy Bunny Murder will see Marcel Theroux investigate a set of disturbing murders of young women that have remained unsolved since the 1970s and reveal a dark and violent side hidden beneath the wealth and glamour of exclusive corners of London’s nightlife at that time. The journalist and filmmaker’s long-standing interest in the brutal murders, which shocked the London he grew up in, led him to return to the killings of Eve Stratford, a Playboy Bunny who aspired to be a famous model, Lynda Farrow, a croupier with years of experience working in nighttime London, and Lynne Weedon, a schoolgirl whose whole life lay ahead of her.
Two teachers hold polar opposite viewpoints about teaching and life. Wang Qiang-Da is a genius Professor of Mathematics who approaches everything in front of him with logic and reasoning. Wang Qiang-Wei is a history teacher, art appraiser and “Dorothy” on “Sophie’s Midnight Sky” radio program. She cares about the love of learning and making people happy around her. Qiang-Da and Qiang-Wei are brought together during a crime bust for the “Black Ghost” which goes wrong. Both end up teaching at Chang Tai Tutorial Classes and helping Prosecutor Tie Bu-Fan solve cases.

Degrassi High is the third television show in the Degrassi series of teen dramas about the lives of a group of teenagers living on or near De Grassi Street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It first aired from 1989 to 1991 and followed the young people from The Kids of Degrassi Street and Degrassi Junior High through high school. The show was filmed in downtown Toronto and at Centennial College. Much like its predecessor, Degrassi High dealt with controversial issues ranging from AIDS, abortion, abuse, alcoholism, cheating, sex, death and suicide, dating, depression, bullying, gay rights, homophobia, racism, the environment, drugs, and eating disorders. Christopher Colt was apparently a gun salesman but was in fact a government agent tracking down notorious bad guys. The half-hour program is loosely based on the 1950 Warner Bros. film of the same name, starring Randolph Scott. Colt .45 was part of the William T. Orr-produced array of westerns which Warner produced for ABC in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
