Sinopse: Mostra a história de Todd Dempsy, funcionário de uma empresa de venda de produtos por telefone em Seattle, nos Estados Unidos. Todd está treinando para ser gerente quando o call center é terceirizado e transferido para a Índia. Para tentar manter seu emprego, ele se muda para lá e enfrenta situações hilariantes enquanto ensina os costumes americanos aos seus empregados, ao mesmo tempo em que tenta entender a cultura indiana.
