Degrassi High
Degrassi High is the third television show in the Degrassi series of teen dramas about the lives of a group of teenagers living on or near De Grassi Street in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It first aired from 1989 to 1991 and followed the young people from The Kids of Degrassi Street and Degrassi Junior High through high school. The show was filmed in downtown Toronto and at Centennial College. Much like its predecessor, Degrassi High dealt with controversial issues ranging from AIDS, abortion, abuse, alcoholism, cheating, sex, death and suicide, dating, depression, bullying, gay rights, homophobia, racism, the environment, drugs, and eating disorders. The show's impact on Canadian identity is discussed in the September 2007 issue of u're Magazine.

Srikanda, Phawinee's sister, is a beautiful woman whose father is very proud of her. She fell in love with Nopphanai and despite her father's disapproval, they decided to elope. One day, Phawinee meets Srikanda by chance and notices how she looks thinner and depressed. She eventually gets ill and passes away. Phawinee is angry after finding out how her sister was bullied by her mother and sister-in-law, so she decides to sign a marriage certificate with Nopphanai with a deal of "no touch", in order to take care of her nephew. Afterward, Phawinee moves in where her sister lived and starts to fight with his mother and sister. She doesn't give in to them as her sister had, and so her revenge begins.

Ao lado de Hanson estava o seu grande parceiro de profissão, Douglas James Penhall, cuja a mãe se suicidou quando ele tinha 6 anos, deixando-o sob a tutela de seu pai alcoólatra. Penhall tornou-se um grande oficial, e em uma missão em El Salvador conheceu o órfão Clave e o adotou. Ainda na equipe, a Detetive Judith Marie Hoffs, a oficial dos Anjos da Lei mais próxima do chefe Fuller; e Harry Truman Ioki, um vietnamita que foi o primeiro a se juntar à Unidade Anjos da Lei. A equipe se reunia em uma capela abandonada, situada no número 21 da Jump Street. Eles usavam muita astúcia para combater a criminalidade, tráfico de drogas, extorsão, gangues escolares, prostituição e assassinatos. A equipe trabalhava sob as ordens de Adam Fuller, que assumiu a frente do projeto depois que o capitão Jenko morreu num acidente automobilístico. Fuller era divorciado e tinha um filho adolescente chamado Kip.

Oh Kang Hee, uma estudante do primeiro ano da Universidade da Polícia que não tem pretensões, segredos ou rancores. Ela tem a cabeça no lugar e é íntegra até o fim.
