Escape to the Legion

For generations the French Foreign Legion has been romanticised as a refuge for men seeking a second chance in life. But what is it really like? Bear Grylls sets off for the Sahara desert to find out. Along with 11 other volunteers, from ex-criminals to struggling businessmen, Bear puts himself through a month's brutal training at an ex-Legion fort in the Western Sahara that is designed to replicate the rigours of the Legion's own basic training. The recruits discover the truth behind the Beau Geste image about the unique military culture that makes the Legion among the toughest fighting forces in the world.

Lotus Lantern

San Sheng Mu was a kind and beautiful deity who saved the life of Liu Yan Chang, a mortal scholar. The two fell in love and had a son, Chen Xiang. San Sheng Mu's older brother, Er Lang Shen, found out about their romance and led the Heavenly Brigade in pursuit of the family. During this time of peril, San Sheng Mu gave the Lotus Lantern to Yan Chang to protect him and their son. Soon she was captured and pinned beneath Mount Hua. Thereafter, Yan Chang and Chen Xiang hid in a small village, making a meager living. Sixteen years later, Chen Xiang has grown up. One day he discovers that he possesses some mysterious powers, such as the ability to pass through walls. However, these powers begin to attract the attention of Er Lang Shen and Xiao Tian Quan; thus, Yan Chang must tell his son the story of their forbidden past. After learning of his mother's imprisonment at the hands of his uncle, Chen Xiang sets out on a journey to rescue her.

A Laranja Irritante

Orange resides on a fruit cart display in a kitchen with other objects such as his best friend, Pear, a Bartlett pear. Most episodes consist of Orange heckling other characters until they meet a sudden and gruesome end, usually by evisceration with a chef's knife (although the implements used to cut them up range from a blender to a toy pinwheel). Usually, Orange tries to "warn" them before it happens, blurting out the weapon-in-use, such as "Knife!".

A Livraria Sangrenta

Como proprietário de uma livraria especializada em romances policiais e de suspense, faz sentido que Gao Chen Wei (Wes Lo) seja um amante obstinado dos gêneros. Como aspirante a autor e detetive amador, Chen Wei passa seu tempo livre tentando resolver casos arquivados com seus melhores amigos ou publicando suas últimas histórias criminais on-line. Quando a promotora administrativa Lin Mu Qing (Moon Lee) é designada para um caso de suicídio, ela acha a cena do crime bastante incomum. Percebendo que esse caso tinha muitas semelhanças com uma certa história criminal on-line, Mu Qing rapidamente deduz que seu caso de suicídio é, na verdade, um homicídio. Seguindo as pistas, Mu Qing logo chega à porta de Chen Wei, onde não perde tempo acusando-o de assassinato.
