Sinopse: A Torre Tianji, a principal organização do mundo pugilista, está determinada a derrubar o governante tirânico Liu Ziye. Para cumprir sua missão, a Torre Tianji substitui sua irmã Liu Chuyu por seu próprio discípulo e Zhu Que, semelhante à princesa. Zhu Que conhece o erudito companheiro da princesa, Rong Zhi, que acaba por ser um espião do norte de Wei. O relacionamento de Liu Chuyu e Rong Zhi eventualmente se desfaz devido a mal-entendidos e lealdades divergentes, e o último finge sua morte para recuperar o perdão de Chuyu. De alguma forma, eles acidentalmente perdem suas memórias e só se encontram cinco anos depois, quando Chuyu é enviado para se casar com o Príncipe Regente de Wei do Norte, que não é outro senão o agora amnésico Rong Zhi.
