This is a story about a woman, her sacrifices and how she overcome the struggle she faces with strength and willpower. Mother Nature can be very generous. She has humbled us with love, kindness, beauty, fertility and most of all, she has embraced us all for who we are. She can also be cruel at times. A blessing or gift however you want to put it, the ability to give birth, bearing a child, nurturing a child inside her womb is a wonderful thing. It is the happiest and most serene feeling ever for a woman. But, Damini, was not one of the lucky ones. She's barren. After the passing of Shantanu’s mother, Damini had become the matriarch of the family. She’s responsible for the day to day chores in the house. Everything goes through her. Nothing escapes her. The transition was almost natural. Their father was never around much even before their mother's death. And after their mother’s death, he has almost disappeared too. Ocassionally he visits. He has maintained a good relationship with Damini. Everyone love and honour Damini. Shantanu supports her. Shantanu runs a successful business. Shantanu is the oldest in the family has two younger brothers. Hemraj, the younger brother (middle) (Hemraj is married to Alpana) and Riyan, the youngest one (Riyan and Aradhya who is Alpana's sister in love & ran away together). Damini has always been a happy, cheerful, a positive person. She’s a blessing for the family. But there’s a sadness and a discontentment behind her smile. It'ss been 10 years since, Damini and Shantanu being married, with no children. The fact that she's barren hurts her the most. She feels incomplete as a woman and the reason for unhappiness in their marriage. Later, Damini and the family finds out that, Shantanu has another family with a child. Shantanu’s second wife Madri and his son Bhairab. Shantanu was frustrated with his life with Damini. He was sad and discontent everyday, until, Ram Charan entered his life. (Ram Charan is a selfish, greedy person who is always on the lookout for personal gain. He saw an opportunity and manipulated Shantanu into marrying his own daughter, Madri. Madri, acquired same with added cruel personality traits from her father). Everything got upside down in Damini’s life. She was in distraught. Shantanu was embarrassed to even talk to Damini. Shantanu and Damini talked for hours. Even though Damini was heartbroken, she finally decided to welcome his second family home. Everyone in the family initially disagreed, but then, Damini reasoned with them and they finally agreed to it.Things started to happen soon after the family moved in. Madri was already set to take over Damini’s position in the family. She (Madri) started to plot against her (Damini). Madri started to fill Shantanu's head with ill ideas against Damini. Time went by, Shantanu starts to distrust Damini, he starts to re-think about their relationaship. Shantanu becomes more distant to Damini. The stress begins to bother Damini. She decides to leave the family and stay apart. Another sudden visit from Jagat, helped her to re-think. Jagat advised her that, if, she ever has to leave this place. this place will turn into a hotel. This will no longer be a home or a family. Everyone will become apathetic to one another. There will be no love. Damini is the glue that holds this place together. If she leaves the whole place will crumble down into pieces. She understood decided to stay put. The story continues with her continuing struggles and overcoming them

C.L.I.F.

C.L.I.F. is a police procedural series produced by MediaCorp Singapore in 2011 in collaboration with the Singapore Police Force. It was aired from 31 May - 27 Jun 2011 on free-to-air MediaCorp Channel 8 and consists of 20 episodes. The drama stars Tay Ping Hui, Qi Yuwu, Elvin Ng, Joanne Peh, Chris Tong and Tracy Lee in the main roles with a large ensemble supporting cast. It was directed by Chong Liung Man, who previously directed another award-winning police procedural C.I.D., which also starred Tay and Qi in the lead roles as police officers.

De Volta aos Anos 70

"That '70s Show" é um série de televisão norte-americana exibida entre 1998 e 2006. A história se inicia em meados de 1976, na cidade fictícia de Point Place, subúrbio de Green Bay, e relata o dia-a-dia de um grupo de adolescentes (Eric, Donna, Kelso, Jackie, Steven e Fez) na faixa dos 17 anos. Sem ter muito o que fazer, sua rotina se resume a se reunir no porão da casa de Eric para papear, fazer festas, planejar algo, namorar, e usar certas ervas ilícitas.

A trama gira em torno da adolescente Lindsay Weir (Linda Cardellini) e seu irmão Sam Weir (John Francis Daley), que frequentam a McKinley High School no início dos anos 80, nos subúrbios de Detroit, Michigan. Ao ser abalada pela morte da avó, Lindsay perde alguns hábitos e ganha novos fazendo novos amigos, vulgarmente freaks. Este novo estilo de vida de Lindsay traz conflitos às relações com seu irmão mais novo e seus pais.

A Noviça Voadora

Quem foi criança no início da década de 1970 certamente lembra da série A Noviça Voadora. Exibida nos Estados Unidos entre 1967 e 1970, a série caiu no gosto do público e não demorou muito a se internacionalizar. E o sucesso acabou refletindo na careira da atriz Sally Field, que interpretava a noviça. Foi o primeiro trabalho para tevê de Field. A Noviça Voadora mostrava a história da irmã Bertrille, uma noviça exuberante que levava muita alegria ao antigo convento de San Tanco, situado perto de San Juan, Porto Rico. Bertrille não dava sossego a Reverenda Madre Plaseato arranjando sempre uma baita confusão e colocando o convento de pernas pro ar. Com seu jeito espalhafatoso, não era difícil vê-la soltando pipa ou jogando basebol, esquecendo das suas responsabilidades. Mas a característica mais marcante da jovem irmã religiosa é que ela tinha a capacidade de voar, não que ela fosse uma super heroína com poderes incomuns, é que Bertrille usava um chapelão e bastava bater qualquer ventania que a noviça levantava vôo, isso graças ao seu peso e a aerodinâmica de seu chapéu de freira. Irmã Bertrille tinha um coração muito bom, o que a fazia estar constantemente preocupada em ajudar alguém, ela vivia tentando prestar auxílio aos que achava que estaria precisando, mas só criava enormes confusões. Seu alvo preferido era Carlos Ramiro (Alejandro Rey), um sujeito rico e mulherengo, dono do cassino A Go-Go e patrono do convento, e que por isso mesmo não tinha trégua da irmã Bertrile que tentava sempre colocá-lo no bom caminho. A irmã Jaqueline, uma sábia e bem humorada noviça acabou se transformando na melhor amiga da irmã Bertrille.

That '80s Show

That '80s Show é uma sitcom que foi transmitida na FOX durante o ano de 2002. A série resulta da spin-off da mais bem sucedida That '70s Show. Apesar, ou talvez devido, à fórmula do seu antecessor, - amigos a viverem o dia a dia numa década passada - That '80s Show falhou no objectivo de atingir uma audiência grande e foi cancelado após 13 episódios. That '80s Show decorre em 1984 e fala da vida de um grupo de amigos que vivem em San Diego, na Califórnia. A série difere do That '70s Show na medida em apresenta paródias aos estereótipos e com ideias tipicamente concebíveis da dinâmica familiar dos anos 80. A série foi filmada em Los Angeles, na Califórnia nos estúdios da CBS Studio Center.
