Sinopse: Miho Shinohara é uma garota da escola primária que sonha em se tornar uma artista de mangá. No entanto, um misterioso estranho a coloca em contato com um par de criaturas com a aparência de bichos de pelúcia que não são deste mundo, e , em troca de fazer amizade com eles, eles dão a Miho uma caneta mágica com a capacidade de envelhecê-la até a metade da adolescência, além de tornar real o que ela desenha temporariamente. Seu alter-ego adolescente chama-se Fancy Lala.
