The No Man Zone
The year is 2140. Society has undergone profound change and is now run as a matriarchy, thus removing its reliance on men. Two Hills is one of the communities founded by this new order. However, the tranquillity of Rada’s perfectly arranged female-centric world comes under threat when she meets the young "primate", Hera. It’s a classic girl-meets-boy story, in a world where the rules have fundamentally changed.

Hirose Takuma é um jovem estudante cego, embora a causa de sua cegueira seja desconhecida, piorou depois da morte trágica de sua mãe. Em breve ele descobre que ela é excluída da vila e sofre gravemente bullying não só dos estudantes da escola como dos adultos da vila. Sua vontade em mudar a situação e com a ajuda de Otoha, que temporariamente cura sua visão, Takuma começa a tentar mudar o ódio e a aura sombria sobre a vila, fazendo o seu melhor.

Tudo começa com Tenjou Utena, de 14 anos, que saiu correndo pela rua no meio da chuva se sentindo triste e solitária, até que um príncipe se aproxima dela e dá-lhe um anel com um símbolo da rosa. Para defender a honra de uma amiga, que teve uma carta de amor descoberta pela escola inteira, Utena desafia Saionji para um duelo na floresta atrás da escola. Utena vai ao local combinado e descobre um mundo totalmente diferente dentro da floresta. Lá ela encontra um enorme portão com o símbolo da rosa igual ao seu anel. Percorrendo todo o trajeto além do portão, ela chega até a Arena dos Duelos e lá, ela encontra Saioji com uma menina da escola, Himemiya Anthy. Utena acaba vencendo Saioji e vai embora, sem querer saber em que se envolveu. Só que, como vencedora do torneio, ela é agora a consorte da "Noiva da Rosa", no caso Anthy, que vai morar com ela! A partir daí começa toda a confusão.

Numa simples cidade na costa do Mar do Interior do Japão, pessoas vivem pacificamente junto ao Kami local, Mononoke e outras entidades.
