Sinopse: Haruta, um homem solteiro de 35 anos, tem que mudar de carreira e começa como Comissário na Tenku Peach Airlines. Mesmo sendo desajeitado, ele parece estar protegido pelo grande capitão Kurosawa. Um dia, ele encontra desenhos de si mesmo em um armário e acidentalmente descobre que seu capitão está secretamente apaixonado por ele. Ao mesmo tempo, o co-piloto e um mecânico, que dorme ao lado, se declaram a ele também.

Fazendo o que pode para pagar as contas, Moon Shingun trabalha como mecânico de rua ilegal. Ele mal sobrevive, então não hesita em convencer pessoas desavisadas a retornarem para ele com dinheiro. As ruas são perigosas, com o grupo criminoso Mercifuls lutando pelo controle. Drogas e mortes são comuns em seu território, e Shingun quer manter os bolsos cheios. Ao ouvir um carro falhar, ele encontra Jake Gillan, um membro dos Mercifuls. Vendo um homem bem vestido e com muito dinheiro, Shingun acha que teve sorte. Mas Jake percebe o trabalho ruim de Shingun e o encurrala. Determinado a manter o dinheiro, Shingun entrega seu corpo ao gangster. Ele não imagina que suas ações o envolverão ainda mais no perigoso mundo dos Mercifuls.

D.I.C.E. is an animated television series produced by Bandai Entertainment, Xebec, and Studio Galapagos. Originally made for the United States, the series was first broadcast in Cartoon Network in US, then YTV in Canada. On December 12, 2005, the Japanese version was premiered on Animax under the title Dinobreaker. On January 7, 2006, the Tagalog version premiered on Hero TV. ABS-CBN network followed by broadcasting the series in Tagalog on January 28, 2006. As of October 31, 2009, D.I.C.E. has already run for a total of 15 full runs in the 4 channels which broadcast D.I.C.E. in the Philippines.
